Senior Analog Design Engineer

Key responsibilities:

- Design complex analog circuits for high-speed DDR memory interface.- Study and research block-level architectures for analog circuits to meet system performance requirements.- Execute schematic design, parasitic extraction simulation, and debug.- Work with the layout engineers to achieve an optimized block-level layout that meets the performance.- Lead, attend, and present at design review meetings

Requirements:

- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in mixed-signal IC circuit design.- Excellent understanding of the fundamentals of analog circuit design.- Experience with analog blocks such as charge pumps, dividers, phase interpolators, amplifiers, etc., is highly desirable.- Confident and enthusiastic attitude regarding own role and contribution to team and company goals- Good communication and writing skills in English.
