Job Title: D365 Project Manager

Experience Required: 10+ years in Dynamics Projects, with a focus on D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) / Supply Chain Management (SCM)

Job Summary:

Looking for skilled D365 Project Manager to oversee end-to-end implementation projects in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management within the Dynamics ecosystem, a solid understanding of ERP implementation processes, and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within budget while managing resources and stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple D365 implementation projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Develop detailed project plans and schedules, coordinating with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Onboard and manage project resources, ensuring the right skills are in place to meet project demands.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Conduct weekly status reporting to stakeholders, providing transparency on project progress.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Oversee cutover activities and ensure a smooth transition to operational teams.
  • Utilize project management tools.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and trust-building.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field. Project Management certifications (e.g., Prince2, PMP) are a plus.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Dynamics, with at least 5 years in a project management role specifically focused on D365 F&O / SCM.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end ERP implementations, particularly in multi-country environments.
  • Experience in both functional consulting and project management preferred.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in project management tools
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint planning.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
