Pay range for this role: ₹4,00,000 to ₹7,00,000 per annum. No equity at this time.

Erinyes Technologies is a young Software & IT Services company based in New Delhi. We are building an enterprise grade B2B SaaS product.
Role Description
We are looking for an experienced software engineer with solid experience in both PHP and Laravel. We are looking for person who is open to new challenges, willing to learn and mentor others, always looking to improve and above all who takes pride in their work. You will collaborate with our Founders and take ownership of the backend of the app we are building. You are not required to know about frontend (React + Tailwind) but having knowledge of that would be an added bonus.

Responsibilities:
Understand product requirements and create technical specs for the tasks.
Create new and/or develop existing modules as per product specifications.
Embrace Laravel philosophy and coding standards, software engineering best practices and implement them across all codebase under your purview.
Collaborate with the Founders.
You must:
be legally authorised to work in India.
be fluent with modern PHP ( > v8.1 ) backed by at least 1 year of experience.
be experienced in Laravel, MySQL/MariaDB.
have an understanding of Laravel internals beyond basic CRUD backed by experience in developing custom solutions built on Laravel.
be experienced in working with modern JavaScript (ES6+).
have an eye for detail and ability to plan ahead.
Bonus points if you:
have experience with Redis, Queues, Inertia.js, React.js, TailwindCSS.
have experience in building/creating SaaS products.
have experience in working on large scale applications.
have experience in creating data import scripts for importing large amounts of data.
Work Culture:
We have 5-day work weeks - Monday to Friday.
Our work hours are 10 AM to 6 PM. We prefer to finish the work in working hours.
Personal time is for personal use, not work.
We work on a hybrid model with 2 days in office & 3 days remote . 100% remote can be considered for exceptional candidates.
