As we continue to forge new partner relationships, our flagship website, Responsibilities:

  • Drive website sales: Develop strategies and initiatives to increase sales through the website and achieve targeted sales growth.
  • Manage marketing budgets: Plan and execute marketing activities within allocated budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Internet marketing expertise: Utilize proven internet marketing techniques to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
  • PPC and Paid Search management: Manage Pay Per Click campaigns and optimize them to drive quality traffic and conversions.
  • Google Ads advertising: Handle advertising on Google Ads, targeting the US market with a minimum monthly ad spend budget of $100,000.
  • Brand building: Develop and implement brand-building strategies to enhance brand recognition and customer loyalty.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Identify opportunities for improving website conversion rates and implement optimization strategies.
  • Analytics: Use data analysis to derive actionable insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • SEO/SEM: Optimize search engine presence through Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) efforts.
  • Email marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Affiliate marketing: Collaborate with affiliate partners to expand the brand's reach and acquire new customers.
  • Social marketing: Develop and manage social media marketing campaigns to engage with the target audience.
  • Team leadership: Lead and manage both internal employees and external service providers or freelancers effectively.
  • Numerical proficiency: Analyze data and metrics to understand performance and make informed marketing decisions.
  • Communication skills: Communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders to present ideas and strategies clearly.
  • Self-motivation and flexibility: Be proactive and adaptable, able to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Skills:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in internet marketing, preferably in internet retail.
  • Exposure to the North American market is desirable.
  • Strong experience with PPC and Paid Search.
  • Demonstrated experience in advertising on Google Ads with a significant budget.
  • Solid understanding of essential internet marketing aspects.
  • Brand building expertise.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) knowledge.
  • Proficiency in analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in SEO/SEM, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and social marketing.
  • Leadership skills to manage internal and external teams effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Social skills to interact with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and flexible, able to work independently.
