  • Conduct code reviews, provide guidance, and mentor team members in test automation practices.
  • Establish and maintain test data and test environment management processes.
  • Monitor and analyze test automation metrics, track test coverage, and provide regular status updates.
  • Continuously assess and improve test automation frameworks, processes, and tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in test automation, CI/CD practices, containerization, and testing methodologies.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 6-9 years of experience in automation testing.
  • Proven expertise in test automation for backend, UI & Appium.
  • Strong knowledge of automation tools and frameworks.
