Skills and Qualifications:Preferred degree from an law school4-5 years of experience in contract review and analysisStrong understanding of contract law, commercial agreements, and relevant legal principlesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
