It also empowers both private and public companies manage their equity and cash incentive programs (commonly referred to as ESOP).Complementing their platform, Qapita offers equity compensation and share plan design consulting services, valuation and financial reporting expertise, and private market liquidity solutions tailored to meet the needs of both shareholders and employees.The RoleAs we expand our footprint in the Global Private and Public Markets, we are looking for a dedicated Analyst to support our growing client base. This role will involve working closely with clients, helping them navigate the complexities of international business and equity valuations and audit processes, and ensuring they maximize the value of Qapita’s services.Responsibilities:Build and maintain complex financial models to support the valuation of private companies and share options, warrants, and other derivative instrumentsConduct various valuation methodologies such as OPM Back-solve, Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Black Scholes Merton (BSM) and other methodologiesPrepare detailed valuation reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholdersAddress audit inquiries and provide documentation that supports valuation methodologies and assumptionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate management reportingQualifications:Legally authorised to work in India without requiring a work visa sponsorshipRelocation to Pune requiredExcellent academic grades with a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field from a reputable universityAdvanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CA) will be a plusIndividuals with ≤ 3 years of work experience with strong technical skills are welcome to applyStrong understanding of financial modelling and valuation techniquesExceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detailEffective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholdersAbility to work effectively both independently and in a team environmentJoin Qapita to help redefine equity management for startups, scale-ups, and listed companies, supporting them across the globe to unlock the full potential of ownership.How to ApplyInterested candidates are welcome to send their CV to and CC Cover letter is not required; do fill in this form at to be considered.
