Job description

• Develop and implement engaging and structured lesson plans for English courses.
• Assess student performance through essays, project and presentations.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students to enhance their language skills.
• Create a positive and interactive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
• Collaborate with other teachers, administrative staff, and parents to support student development.
• Stay updated with modern teaching methodologies and integrates them in to classroom instruction.
• Prepare students for important examinations and guide them towards academic success.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in English Literature or a related field.
• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree ora relevant teaching certification.
• Proven experience teaching English at the secondary or senior secondary level.
• Strong command of English grammar, literature, and composition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage ,inspire , and motivate students.
