Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance to our clients and candidates. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in any fieldMUST SPEAK HINDI AND ENGLISH FLUENTLY1-3 years of experience in customer support, preferably in the HR industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailAbility to handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns effectivelyProficiency in using customer support software and toolsAbility to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyPositive attitude and willingness to learnAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamFluency in English and proficiency in local languages is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone.Assisting customers with their queries, concerns, and providing appropriate solutionsManaging and resolving customer complaints in a timely mannerIdentifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate department or personnelMaintaining thorough knowledge of company products, services, and policiesProviding accurate and detailed information to customers regarding their inquiriesEnsuring customer satisfaction by exceeding customer expectations and providing exceptional serviceMaintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentationCollaborating with other team members to enhance overall customer experienceIdentifying opportunities for process improvement and suggesting innovative solutions
