A Data Integration Consultant will be assisting with the configuration and implementation of Sales Performance Management systems and other related software solutions to meet the client’s business and technical requirements. In this role, you will work directly with our diverse client base with potential to work on multiple projects per year.Responsibilities in this role also include providing data integration expertise and consulting throughout the software implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering, design, build, testing and go-live. Consultants will work with senior team members to capture and validate notes from client discovery and review sessions then performing configuration and development tasks both independently as well as under the direction of senior team members.This position with OpenSymmetry is an outstanding opportunity with career tracks that can lead to managing teams, projects or Sales SME. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to work with OpenSymmetry’s own experts as we strive to share content knowledge and build each other up to create the strongest team of experts possible.RequirementsThe ideal candidate will be able to:Demonstrate strong understanding of complex configuration and data integration using SAP HANAOwn specific deliverables in any phase per assigned projectsRespond promptly to customer requests and whenever possible within requested timelinesAdapt communication appropriately with client, leader, and project teamDemonstrate a working knowledge of software development lifecycleDevelop design & requirements documentationConfigure application per design specificationsDemonstrates the ability to solve complex problemsDemonstrate knowledge of practice specific concepts and best practices (such as SPM, incentive compensation, HCM, CPQ, etc.)
