Role Overview

As an Operations Executive , you will be an integral part of our operations team. Your primary responsibilities will involve monitoring the performance of our AI models, vetting their responses, and ensuring our solutions meet the highest standards of accuracy and relevance. This is a desk-based role that combines tech-savviness with attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • AI Monitoring: Regularly oversee AI-generated outputs for accuracy, relevance, and context.
  • Quality Assurance: Vet the responses and outputs from AI models, ensuring they align with the company’s standards and client needs.
  • Chat Support Management: Handle customer queries via chat, providing effective solutions and relaying feedback to the technical team.
  • Feedback Loop: Identify patterns in AI errors and collaborate with the development team to improve the models.
  • Course Correction: Make quick and informed adjustments to AI outputs where necessary to ensure real-time quality and reliability.
  • Reporting: Maintain detailed logs of issues, feedback, and resolutions to support continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (Tech-savvy candidates are preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Prior experience in operations, customer support, or quality assurance roles is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
