Key Responsibilities:Ensure effective internal communication system. The incumbent ensures that employees are well and timely informed about the plans and policies of the organization.Facilitate corporate brand building and business development of the organization. External communication, Branding outreach / collaboration / sponsorships, media deployment(non-PR), plan communications related to consumer engagement.Ensure internal communications messages are consistent across all mediums and for different departments of the organization and ensure that it is consistent with external communication messages.Responsible for finalizing specifications for various items for various printing and supply related items for Communication.Provide communication, branding and support to other departments / groups for ensuring Corporate Brand Identity Uniformity.Respond to feedback from staff and adjust communications content accordingly.To perform any other work allocated by Top Management based on Organization requirements.
