Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated ML Testing, Validation & Documentation Specialist to join our Manufacturing Intelligence team in India. This role involves supporting data scientists in QA and validation tasks for machine learning models. The position offers the flexibility to work remotely while collaborating with colleagues across different geographies.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the QA/validation subject matter expert for machine learning models, supporting a team of data scientists.
Document the model Qualification Plan and Technical Specification documents in collaboration with the data scientists and project team.
Document business and technical requirements for ML models, including accuracy, performance, and functionality.
Create, review, and approve test cases to ensure model requirements and performance criteria are met.
Work closely with data scientists and subject matter experts to ensure thorough evaluation and testing of the models.
Generate summary reports in accordance with the Qualification Plan.
Interpret test results and provide feedback for improvement.
Required Skills:
Experience or familiarity with Computer System Validation/Quality Assurance practices in a digital or IT organization.
Familiarity with the lifecycle of AI/ML projects and software development.
Basic understanding of statistical analysis and programming languages, particularly Python.
Excellent documentation and writing skills.
Experience using document management software.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with AI/ML modeling, preferably in healthcare/life science data.
Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes or a chemical engineering background is highly preferred.
