We create pieces that balance artistry with wearability , bringing a sense of joy to everyday dressing. Now, we're looking for a Senior Designer to help shape the next chapter of our brand.

This role is for someone who doesn't just design clothes but understands women—how they dress, what they want, and where fashion is headed . You'll oversee everything from trend research to sketching, from sample development to final production. You'll work closely with our manufacturing partners, manage a team, and bring collections to life with a meticulous eye for detail and an intuitive understanding of the DRAWN woman . Key Responsibilities

·      Design with Purpose: Create collections that reflect DRAWN's DNA—where bold artistry meets effortless wearability.

·      Know the Customer: Understand who she is, what excites her, and how we can elevate her wardrobe.

·      Lead the Process: Oversee everything from concept to final production, ensuring flawless fit, finish, and execution.

·      Stay Ahead of Trends: Research fashion movements, emerging brands, and market insights to keep our designs fresh.

·      Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with manufacturing partners, ensuring smooth production and on-time deliveries.

·      Own the Details: Create tech packs, spec sheets, and CADs, and oversee fittings to maintain consistency and quality.

·      Cross-Team Coordination: Partner with marketing and merchandising to bring collections to life in a way that feels exciting and relevant.

  Qualifications:

·      5-8 years of experience in a senior design role at a RTW - Womenswear brand or department (this is a must).

·      An instinctive understanding of the DRAWN brand —who we are, what we stand for, and what our customer wants.

·      Deep knowledge of silhouettes, fabrics, and garment construction , with expertise in fit and finishing.

·      Strong trend forecasting and market research skills—able to translate inspiration into designs that feel current and covetable.

·      Experience managing the entire design process from concept to final production .

·      Ability to lead a team and collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional departments.

·      Excellent communication skills —both visual and verbal—ensuring clear direction for teams and manufacturing partners.

·      Mastery of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD software for sketches and technical design.
