Profile CA Statutory Audit
Job Description
- Plan and execute statutory audit engagementsin compliance with the relevant regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with external audit firms to ensure timelycompletion of the audit process.
- Reviewfinancial statements and ensure accuracy and compliance withapplicable accounting standards.
- Stay abreastof changes in accounting standards tax laws and regulatoryrequirements affecting the industry.
- Implementand monitor internal controls to ensure compliance with statutoryand regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidanceto the finance team on accounting treatment and disclosurerequirements.
- Prepare and analyze financialreports ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather relevantfinancial information for reporting purposes.
- Ensure adherence to reporting timelines and submission offinancial statements to regulatory authorities.
- Work closely with crossfunctionalteams including finance legal and compliance to ensure a cohesiveapproach to financial management.
- Providetraining and guidance to junior team members fostering a culture ofcontinuous learning.
