Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and integrate cutting-edge solutions to enhance client service delivery. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and cybersecurity standards. Lead a team of IT professionals, fostering skill development and innovation. Evaluate and manage vendor relationships to ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness. Monitor emerging technology trends and recommend their adoption where relevant. Develop frameworks to measure the impact of technology initiatives on business performance. The Successful Applicant A successful Head of Technology Function should have: A strong academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in leading technology functions within the professional services industry. Expertise in digital transformation and innovation strategies. Knowledge of IT infrastructure, enterprise software systems, and emerging technologies. Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to ensure compliance with cybersecurity and data protection regulations.
