Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant – SAP EC

Responsibilities

·Knowledge in support and maintenance of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors projects for clients across the globe

·Good knowledge in configuration of PMGM with EC

·Good knowledge of MDF objects, Rules and Workflows.

·Good business knowledge of various HR processes and Talent management processes.

·Must be able to translate client business rules to technical business requirements. Must possess strong analytical skills.

·Ability to confidently articulate information identified for delivery to the client

·Must have good documentation skills and should be able to work in global environment, Ability to work on multiple modules same time.

·Experience in Application Maintenance Support. L0, L1 & L2 Responsible for management of Client Impact tickets. Accountable for Service Restoral / Permanent Resolution of production incidents.

·Responsible for successful Production start-up, Understanding of Roles & Authorizations

·Hands on Configuration experience

·Experience defining, implementing, and supporting business processes.

·Good understanding of incident management, and change management.

·Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely.

·Experience with data migration and data management activities in SF

·Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills

·Able to work independently and with others; self-directed; take initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks. Results-oriented

·Ability to thrive in a fast paced, rapidly-changing team-oriented environment

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

Graduate or postgraduate in B.Tech, IT or MCA.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

·Ability to deliver high quality and reliable software by collaborating with team. Outstanding analytical skills, ability to apply expertise to drive complex, technical and highly commercial solutions. Possess good verbal and written communication skills.

·Excellent customer facing skills that include conducting compelling technical briefing& demonstrations including issues, status reports and resolving impediments.
