Tech.Job Summary:The candidate should have skilled experience in basic and detailed engineering projects related to Oil & Gas/Refinery/Petrochemical/Fertilizer/Power/Infrastructure and Industrial sectors.Job Description:PFD P&ID DEVELOPMENTData sheets and specifications (equipment and instruments, piping special parts)Schedules (equipment list, line list, elec. load list)Inter-Discipline Checks IDC (plot plan, equipment layout, piping model/layout, isometrics,Data sheets of equipment, packages, and instruments)Vendor data review for process equipment.Utility Flow Diagrams (UFDs), Process Safety Diagrams, Material Selection Flow Diagrams(MSD’s), Pressure and Temperature Diagrams (PTDs) & Utility demand calculation.Mass Balance and Heat Balance for the process using HYSYSChecking/preparation of control valves calculation.Trip logic diagram/control PhilosophyPreparation of “CAUSE AND EFFECT DIAGRAM (BS-132/BS-131)” for safe plant shutdown.Material Request for Process Equipment.Heat Exchanger design & SizingPreparing project reports, flow diagrams, layout, equipment specifications, etcSurge analysis calculation.Hydraulic analysis for long-distance pipelineCritical line sizing, hydraulic, and sizing validations.PUMP DESIGN/SIZING/SELECTION & HYDRAULIC:(CENTRIFUGAL/RECIPROCATING)Pumps hydraulic calculations (NPSHA, NPSHR, SHUT OFF, Power requirement) calculationPumps hydraulic checks.FLARE SYSTEM DESIGN:Complete network design, like Basis for design, Header network, Relief valve or safety valve sizing, Drum sizing, and stack Sizing. (WITH EXAMPLE).Flare & PSV load summaryBlowdown & Depressurization calculations using Hysys.Control philosophyESD philosophyFlare load/header size reduction by taking appropriate credits as per API-Recommendations.Manage concurrent projectsSoftware Proficiency:HTRIASPEN HYSYSAspen Flare NetPipenet (standard and transient model) Guide to PIPENETCost Estimation (via Software OR HYSYS)
