About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Trainer/Teaching Faculty to deliver courses on Azure AI . The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Azure AI services and a flair for teaching and mentoring. This role involves designing engaging training sessions, delivering hands-on workshops, and enabling learners to gain certification-ready skills.
Freshers with strong knowledge and Certification in AI will be considered for Trainee Position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver interactive and engaging training sessions on Azure AI Fundamentals, Power Bi and Artificial Engineer, including concepts such as AI workloads, Azure AI services, and AI machine learning models.
• Design and develop course materials, including presentations, hands-on labs, and assessments, tailored to different learner levels.
• Conduct live or virtual training sessions and workshops for students, professionals, or corporate clients.
• Assess student performance, provide constructive feedback, and guide learners toward certification readiness.
• Stay updated on Azure AI advancements and integrate new concepts into training programs.
• Collaborate with the program management team to ensure a seamless learning experience for participants.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Education: Bachelor’s/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Certifications: Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900) certification is mandatory. Additional Azure certifications are a plus.
• Experience:
o Minimum 2+ years of teaching/training experience in Azure AI or related fields.
o Hands-on experience with Azure AI services, cognitive services, and machine learning basics.
o Fresh Engineering Graduates with Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills can be considered for Trainee Positions.
Technical Skills:
o Strong knowledge of AI concepts, Azure Machine Learning, and Azure Cognitive Services.
o Experience with tools like Python, TensorFlow, and APIs for AI/ML.
o Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical queries during training sessions.
o Knowledge of AWS and Google Cloud would be a definite plus for the candidate.
• Soft Skills:
o Excellent communication and presentation skills.
o Strong organizational and time management abilities.
o A passion for teaching and mentoring diverse audiences.
Preferred Skills:
• Previous experience delivering corporate training or working in an academic institution.
• Knowledge of instructional design and course development.
• Willing to travel across India (in short notice).
• Should be based out of Bangalore
