Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales/BDM to join our team and take charge of the onboarding of foreign education consultants. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, specifically in the education sector, and experience working with foreign education consultants.


Responsibilities:

* Identify potential foreign education consultants through research and networking.

* Build and maintain relationships with potential consultants, understanding their needs and matching them with our organization's offerings.

* Develop sales strategies and plans to onboard foreign education consultants, including creating proposals and presentations.

* Provide training and support to new foreign education consultants, ensuring they have a complete understanding of our organization's offerings, policies, and procedures.

* Meet and exceed sales targets, demonstrating a high level of motivation and drive.


Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

* At least 2 years of sales experience in the relevant field

* Strong knowledge of the foreign education consulting industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures.

* Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

* Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
