Role Responsibilities:

Support in Audit of HR Data:

  • Assist in conducting virtual audits of HR data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to remotely review and validate personnel records and HR databases.
  • Generate and analyze virtual reports to verify HR data accuracy.

Coordination:

  • Provide virtual support in coordinating various HR activities and initiatives.
  • Act as a remote liaison between different departments and the People & Culture team.
  • Facilitate virtual communication and collaboration between HR, employees, and other departments.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities

Maintenance of Data:

  • Ensure the timely and accurate virtual entry, update, and maintenance of HR data in relevant systems and databases.
  • Monitor and review virtual data to identify and resolve any issues or inconsistencies.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interest in HR operations, data management, or related areas.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Proficient in using virtual communication tools and HR software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
