The Fulfillment & Logistics Operations Executive plays a crucial role in managing and executing inventory, warehouse, and fulfillment activities within the organization. This role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities, including planning and execution of warehouse operations across various types of warehouses such as Container Freight Stations (CFS), Container Yards (CY), inland depots/warehouses, and bonded warehouses, whether owned, operated, or both by Maersk.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and execute inventory, warehouse, and fulfillment activities, including planning and execution. Coordinate distribution activities, with a focus on carrier management. Oversee operations across different types of warehouses, ensuring efficient and effective processes. Provide support to colleagues and team members by performing skilled technical, administrative, or operational tasks. Collaborate with entry-level workers, technicians, and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations. Exercise independent judgment within defined boundaries and guidelines while working on tasks of limited scope and complexity. Apply standards and processes, while also having the flexibility to make departures to resolve problems as they arise. Develop skills through job-related training and on-the-job experience within the specific job discipline. Have knowledge of standardized work routines, methods, general facts, and information. Escalate non-routine problems to more experienced colleagues or supervisors as needed. Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to evolving job and business requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field (preferred). Previous experience in logistics, warehouse management, or fulfillment operations. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics best practices.
