Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken candidate to join our sales team. The incumbent will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process.Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on accountsAct as a specialist at servicing the existing customer base, keeping those relationships going and staying attuned to opportunities to sell to it againDevelop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clientsManage contract renewals and extensions, seeking opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or servicesAct as the primary point of contact and build a deep understanding of the client's business needs, challenges, and objectivesIdentify opportunities for growth and expansion within the account and develop strategies to capitalize on themUnderstanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunitiesAnswering potential customers' questions and sending additional information via emailKeeping up with product and service information and updatesCreating and maintaining a database of current and potential customersExplaining and demonstrating features of our servicesStaying informed about competing products and services

QUALIFICATIONS

BE/Btech/Bachelor`s degree1+ years of Key account management and inside salesKnowledge of region-specific languages where they will be deployedProspecting and closing skillsKnowledge of sales principles and practicesCustomer service acumenDesire to exceed growth, and work in a fast paced environment.
