Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role**
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in SAP
Experience working in Australia payroll including Single Touch Payroll.
An in-depth understanding and experience of the business function/process supported in SAP HR / Payroll is required.
Should have experience in Taxation, Superannuation, Advance payment, Deduction, Bonus and commissions, salary packaging, leave processing, leave provisions, month end accruals, termination / redundancies, reporting, bank transfers etc.
Proven experience in design, testing and support of the development of functional specifications for RICEF objects.
Experience with BAPI, BADI, functional modules, EDI and ALE, IDOC interfaces for HR and Payroll activities between SAP and non-SAP systems.
Experience in managing ATO requirements, One Touch Payroll, all relevant deductions including child support and paid parental leave.
Must be expert in custom personnel calculation rule and payroll schemas.
Should have Worked on custom forms of from “Hiring-to-Termination” along with different processes like Parental leave, Career Break, Change Employment Conditions, Flexible work arrangement etc.
Should have worked on or had experience in retrospective superannuation calculations, retrospective tax calculations and retrospective changes to leave.
Should have worked on different enterprise agreement and statutory rules related to Australia payroll.
Overall experience in End to End Business Processes of Talent Management, Workforce Management, Payroll.
Hands on implementation and support experience in HCM Payroll for various countries (Must have experience for Australian Payroll) and in Time Management.
Expert level understanding of technical objects behind payroll, Experience in payroll run and related issues.
Should have experience in performing customer facing roles.
Should have implemented yearly release for Australian Payroll.
Key Responsibilities
SAP Support for SAP ECC 6 On-Premise applications and Managed Hosted Services on Azure.
All SAP HCM and Payroll related activities
Payroll Support for 24*7 supporting payroll processes (including loading files, transaction verifications, testing);
All Payroll runs after hours (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly etc.)
Must have overarching knowledge of SAP HR / Payroll and its integration with the other SAP modules
Responsible for managing ATO requirements, One Touch Payroll, all relevant deductions including child support and paid parental leave
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral skill with the ability to communicate to both business and technical communities
Work with the business to review the current as-is process maps and determine how to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the processes (prior to considering system changes).
Engage with Offshore resources for Technical issues or development.
Work and Co-ordinate for Success Factors related activity.
Actively involved in Support processes like Incident management, Service Request, Enhancement, Problem Management etc.
- Collaborate with peers in the ERP Platform team to ensure services are co-ordinated and integrated.
