Job Summary:
As a Billing Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in:
Managing the billing processes for various projects within the organization.
Overseeing accurate and timely invoicing, collaborating with project teams to gather billing information, and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and company’s billing procedures.
Responsibilities:
Billing Coordination:
Collaborate with project managers and planning teams to gather project-specific billing information and supporting documentation.
Ensure accuracy and completeness in the billing process, Work closely with finance and accounting teams to reconcile billing records and resolve any billing-related issues.
Contractual Compliance:
Ø Ensure strict adherence to contractual agreements and terms in the billing process.
Documentation and Record-Keeping:
Ø Maintain organized and comprehensive documentation related to the billing process.
Reporting:
Ø Generate regular reports on billing activities, providing key metrics and analysis to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Civil Engineering is must with 3+ years of experience
Proven experience in billing, invoicing, or financial roles within a relevant industry, preferably in construction or manufacturing.
Familiarity with billing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Candidates with experience in Industrial/Site/Plant projects is preferred
