About This Job :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst with expertise in T24. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing past, current, and future business trends, establishing strategies to achieve desired outcomes, and implementing these strategies.

This individual will work cross-functionally with internal business units to understand and address challenges, providing effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategy Development :

- Develop new product and service-oriented strategies .

- Communicate and implement these strategies in collaboration with the technical team.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

- Work with various internal business units to understand their challenges.

- Provide tailored solutions to address these challenges.

Organizational Improvement :

- Identify and address weaknesses within the organization.

- Explore and implement new ways to increase customer or client satisfaction.

Qualifications :

Education :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business or a related field.

Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in a related industry, with a strong focus on T24.

Technical Skills :

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Communication Skills :

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Analytical Skills :

- Ability to analyze past, current, and future business trends.

- Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities.

Collaboration :

- Excellent interpersonal skills for working cross-functionally.

- Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
