The ideal candidate should have prior experience in managing off-page activities, building high-quality backlinks, and improving search engine rankings for diverse industry websites.Key Responsibilities Execute off-page SEO strategies with a focus on high-quality guest posting (paid & organic) .Research, identify, and negotiate with publishers/blogs for paid guest posting opportunities.Manage outreach campaigns to acquire authoritative backlinks .Ensure backlinks are relevant, high-quality, and from niche-specific websites .Track and analyze backlink profiles using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or SimilarWeb .Collaborate with the content team to create optimized guest post content.Monitor competitors’ link-building strategies and identify new opportunities.Maintain reports on backlinks, guest post placements, and SEO performance metrics.Required Skills & Qualifications 1–3 years of proven experience in off-page SEO .Strong expertise in paid guest posting, outreach, and link-building .Knowledge of SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Search Console .Understanding of Google Webmaster Guidelines and safe SEO practices.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with webmasters and publishers.Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.Nice to Have Basic understanding of on-page SEO and content optimization .Experience with SEO for international markets.Familiarity with digital PR or influencer outreach .What We Offer Competitive salary in the range of ₹20,000 – ₹30,000.Opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects.Growth-oriented environment with learning opportunities.Flexible and collaborative work culture
