Senior Manager/Director- PPP Infrastructure Advisory

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced PPP Senior Manager/Director to join our Government & Infrastructure Advisory team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in PPP transaction structuring, financial modelling, and advisory for government sector infrastructure projects. This role involves working closely with central/state government clients, managing PPP transactions end-to-end, and ensuring delivery of commercially viable, bankable project structures.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead PPP transaction advisory assignments from conceptualisation to financial closure.
- Develop and review detailed financial models for infrastructure projects.
- Advise on PPP structuring, procurement strategy, bid process management, and concession agreements.
- Manage stakeholder engagement with government agencies, investors, and lenders.
- Prepare RfQ, RfP, concession agreements, and evaluation reports.
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA (Finance) or equivalent (CA/CFA/PGDM).
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in PPP transaction advisory, with strong financial modelling skills.
- Prior experience with government clients, multilateral agencies, and large-scale infrastructure projects preferred.
