Finance Manager

Job responsibilities:Plan and execute the financial statement and operational audits, including risk assessments, scoping, and testing proceduresIdentify and evaluate key risks and control weaknesses and develop recommendations to improve internal controls and operational efficiencyConduct interviews with key stakeholders to obtain an understanding of processes and controlsPrepare clear, concise, and accurate audit reports and other documentationCommunicate audit findings and recommendations to senior managementDevelop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including external auditors and regulatory agenciesStay up-to-date with changes in accounting and auditing standards and regulationsAssist with other accounting and finance functions as neededRequirementsBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related fieldMinimum of 6-7 years of experience in auditing with a focus on financial statement auditsStrong understanding of accounting and auditing principles and practicesExperience in a similar industry or field is a plusAbility to relocate to DubaiBenefitsPaid Time OffPerformance BonusDubai Benefits
