Business Analyst- Credit Risk Management SolutionsRelevant Experience:

Responsibilities:The job would involve the following (but not restricted to):a) Risk Management systems/ solutions- Product / Application development supportb) Understanding client requirements, preparing the Business requirement document and coordinate with internal teams to facilitate product development.c) Project management of complete project cycled) Internal & external stakeholders managemente) Ensuring smooth implementation of Risk frameworks & proprietary softwaref) Troubleshooting and coordination skills to ensure resolution of issues

Requirements (Must Have):a) Hands-on experience in either IFRS 9, Basel II / III, Credit rating modelsb) Experience in development & implementation of risk management products/ solutions/ systems (full SDLC)c) Good understanding of software systemsd) Project management and liaison skills / Stakeholder managemente) Prowess towards preparing Business Requirement Specifications, Data Specifications, and senior management presentations

Requirements (Good to Have):a) Prior experience in BFSI organizationsb) Certifications such as FRM, CFA, PRMc) Experience of working in a Fintech or product-based company

Qualifications:Post Graduate in Business Management, preferably with Finance specialization (MBA or equivalent) and graduation in Engineering (Computers/ IT/ Software/ Hardware)
