Job Title: UI DeveloperLocation: Pune/Bangalore Description:Responsibilities:Frontend Development:Develop modern, user-friendly web interfaces using React.js.Collaborate with product management and design teams to translate user requirements into high-quality, visually appealing UI components.Code Implementation:Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for the frontend components.Implement and maintain state management using tools such as Redux.Responsive Design:Ensure that the UI is responsive and works seamlessly across various devices and browsers.Collaboration:Collaborate with backend developers and other cross-functional teams to integrate frontend components with server-side logic.Work closely with UX/UI designers to implement design mockups and prototypes.Optimization:Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.Identify and address performance bottlenecks in the application.Testing and Debugging:Conduct thorough testing of UI components to ensure high-quality, bug-free code.Debug and resolve issues related to frontend functionality.Documentation:Create and maintain documentation for the codebase, ensuring that it is well-documented and accessible to other team members.Continuous Learning:Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in frontend development.Share knowledge and best practices with the team.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a UI Developer with expertise in React.js.Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.Experience with state management libraries such as Redux.Knowledge of frontend build tools and package managers (Webpack, npm).Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.Experience with version control systems (Git).Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work in an agile development environment.
