Responsibilities : - Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available Azure solutions based on business requirements. - Provision and configure Azure resources, including virtual machines, storage, networking, databases, and security services. - Develop and maintain Azure architecture diagrams and documentation. - Lead and execute migration projects from on-premises environments to Azure. - Manage and maintain multiple complex Azure environments, both hybrid and cloud-only. - Troubleshoot and resolve Azure infrastructure issues, ensuring high availability and performance. - Implement and monitor Azure security best practices, including identity and access management. - Perform capacity planning and optimization of Azure resources. - Design and implement hybrid identity solutions, integrating on-premises Windows Active Directory with Azure Active Directory. - Manage and maintain Azure Active Directory Domain Services and other identity-related services. - Ensure seamless authentication and authorization for Azure resources. - Develop and maintain IaC templates using Azure DevOps (ARM templates, Bicep) or similar tools (Terraform). - Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment of Azure resources. - Utilize repository management tools (e.g., Git) for version control and collaboration. - Automate repetitive tasks using Azure automation, powershell, or other scripting tools. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other team members. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, network engineers, and security specialists. - Stay up-to-date with the latest Azure technologies and best practices. - Participate in architectural review boards. - Contribute to the development of cloud strategy and roadmap. - Evaluate and recommend new Azure services and technologies. - Provide cost optimization strategies for Azure environments. - Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design documents, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides. Qualifications : Experience : - Minimum of 5 years of SME-level experience in Azure resource provisioning, operations, and migration from on-premises environments. - Minimum of 5 years of SME-level experience with Windows Active Directory environments. - Minimum of 2 years of experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Azure DevOps or similar tools. - Experience supporting multiple complex Azure environments concurrently. Technical Skills : - Deep understanding of Azure core services (Compute, Storage, Networking, Security). - Proficiency in Azure Active Directory and Active Directory Domain Services. - Strong knowledge of IaC principles and tools (ARM templates, Bicep, Terraform). - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and repository management (Azure DevOps, Git). - Familiarity with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python). - General understanding of other cloud platforms (AWS, GCP). Certifications : - Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) is mandatory. - Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-304/AZ-305) is highly desirable. Soft Skills : - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proactive and self-motivated. - Excellent documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). - Experience with Azure DevOps advanced features. - Experience with Azure security tools and services (Azure Security Center, Azure Sentinel). - Experience with cost optimization tools and techniques. - Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
