Job Summary:

We are seeking a NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) Site Civil Engineer to oversee and perform NDT inspections on civil engineering structures and materials. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, safety, and compliance of construction projects through various NDT techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct NDT inspections on civil structures, including bridges, foundations, and concrete structures.
  • Utilize various NDT methods such as Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Rebound hammer,
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations s
  • Interpret test results and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with site engineers, construction managers, and quality assurance teams to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Supervise and train field personnel in proper NDT techniques and safety procedures.
  • Maintain and calibrate NDT equipment to ensure accurate results.
  • Work closely with third-party inspectors and regulatory bodies for compliance audits and certifications.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor/Diploma degree in civil engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in NDT inspection or civil infrastructure projects.
  • Proficiency in technical drawings, and engineering reports.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials and defect analysis.
  • Familiarity with industry standards such as IS.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
  • Ability to work in challenging site conditions and travel across the work locations.
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

Work Environment:

  • Field-based role requiring work in construction sites, outdoor environments, and sometimes confined spaces.
  • Require travel and extended work hours based on project needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹23,000.00 per month
