We're Hiring: Client Service Executive (Client Communication & Relationship Management)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Client Service Executive who can manage client communications, build strong relationships, and ensure smooth execution of projects. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day communication with clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Understand client needs and brief internal teams accordingly.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects and campaigns.
  • Address client queries and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal & written communication skills.
  • Fresher with good communication skills welcome
  • 1–3years of experience in client servicing/account management (agency experience preferred).
  • Ability to multitask and handle deadlines effectively.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player.
