Il ruolo prevede di intervenire nei progetti di sviluppo e sopratutto di migrazione tecnologica delle soluzioni IT del cliente sulle più recenti tecnologie.

Per il tipo di attività prevista, è necessaria una persona che sia anche in grado di potersi confrontare direttamente con il cliente, per individuare i requisiti tecnici necessari in base agli obiettivi di business del cliente stesso.

La risorsa selezionata lavorerà a tempo pieno e in modalità Agile con il resto del team di tecnici già operativi. Si lavorerà sempre in gruppo per l’identificazione delle specifiche tecniche, e il coordinamento del team per la parte di sviluppo e implementazione.

Per il ruolo da ricoprire, è necessaria l’esperienza pregressa nello sviluppo SW, in particolare su tecnologia Java e a microservizi, con conoscenze anche lato front-end, come Angular.
Per policy aziendale del cliente, viene richiesto un impegno a tempo pieno e da remoto con presenza in sede un giorno a settimana presso gli uffici del cliente a Milano città (raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici).

Start: il prima possibile
Tipologie contrattuali proposte: P.IVA o in alternativa assunzione come dipendente



Requisiti

Il contesto lavorativo è strutturato e internazionale: si avrà occasione di confrontarsi con interlocutori anche stranieri; per questa ragione è necessaria una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, anche a livello di parlato. Rimane obbligatoria la conoscenza della lingua italiana.

Si ha bisogno di una persona che abbia una buona esperienza lavorativa di sviluppo e di analisi. Il profilo ideale ha le seguenti conoscenze/competenze tecniche:

  • Java
  • Api Rest/Soap
  • Database relazionali
  • SQL per DB Oracle
  • CI/CD
  • Git
Bisogna essere in grado di:
  • fare reverse engineering
  • stilare la documentazione tecnica
  • gestire un gruppo di tecnici (sviluppatori)
  • interfacciarsi con il cliente
