Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: MUMBAI (open to Travel) 

About the Role:

We are seeking an energetic and proactive Executive Assistant who is passionate about building connections and loves engaging with people. As a critical member of the Founder's Office, you'll work closely with our founder and leadership team to drive strategic initiatives, support high-priority projects, and build relationships that will accelerate our growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a high level of responsibility, thrives in dynamic environments, and is eager to contribute to all aspects of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a key liaison for the Founder, representing the company in high-level conversations with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.

Assist in identifying and executing strategic projects, initiatives, and partnerships that align with the founder's vision and goals.

Conduct market research, prepare reports, and support the founder with actionable insights for decision-making.

Support with investor relations, business development activities, and internal operations to keep projects on track.

Manage and coordinate key meetings, including taking notes, preparing summaries, and following up on action items.

Foster strong internal and external relationships to enhance the founder's network and promote the company's vision.

Organize events, meet-ups, and networking sessions to strengthen relationships within our ecosystem.

Manage MIS, team performance tracking sheets and making sure decisions are implemented

Traveling for meetings with founders and investors

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, preferably in consulting, strategy, or a startup role.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to network, connect, and build relationships.

High level of organization, with an ability to multitask and prioritize in a constantly evolving environment.

Analytical mindset, with basic proficiency in data analysis and to support strategic recommendations.

Self-starter with a hands-on approach and a genuine enthusiasm for contributing across different functions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

Experience working directly with founders or executives.
