Our clients seek an experienced and proven HR Manager to manage the entire HR function of the 300-headcount organization. Will report to the MD
Role
Implement the company’s HR strategy to attract, manage, develop, and retain talent. Administer HR policies, procedures, and programs that foster a positive work environment.
Key Accountabilities :
1. Talent acquisition.
2. Design and own the process of managing the employee life cycle.
3. Budget the projected manpower cost for the year.
4. Design and manage the performance management system.
5. Facilitate timely resolution of all employee relations issues.
6. Manage all the HR administration and payroll processes.
7. Ensure HR strategy is implemented effectively, within budgets, and complies with all statutory regulations, laws, and employment standards.
Qualifications & Candidate Profile
1. Postgraduate Degree/ Diploma in HR Management.
2. 15-22 years of related experience with a proven HRBP ER, OD practices, and PMS track record.
3. Good knowledge of statutory compliances and standards prevailing in HR.
4. Good verbal and written communication skills and Interpersonal skills.
5. Proven organizational and planning skills.
6. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
7. Having exposure to designing Compensation & Benefits will be an advantage.
