Key Responsibilities:Complete rebate lifecycle management: contracts, distributor agreements, rebate slabs, calculations, and payoutsData analysis & Excel hands-on: VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, formulas, dashboardsTrack rebate performance, accruals, variances, scenario modeling, and forecast vs actualEnsure compliance & documentation of rebate calculationsDispute Management, Accruals & Payment ReconciliationForecasting & planning for upcoming periodsWork with ERP / CRM systems (SAP, Oracle, Vistex or similar)Preferred Industries: Cloud / Telecom / Electronics / IT Services / Hardware / Semiconductor (NBFC experience not preferred)Experience: 6–10 years
