About the Role We are seeking a Tech Lead who can blend hands-on AI/ML engineering, scalable system design, and consulting expertise to solve complex business challenges for leading insurance and healthcare clients. This is not just a coding role—you’ll architect enterprise-grade AI solutions, lead a team, and engage directly with customers to translate their business needs into measurable outcomes. What You’ll Do Architect & Build: Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions using Python and modern frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face). Customer Engagement: Work directly with clients to understand business problems and translate them into deployable tech solutions. Lead Projects End-to-End: From strategy, planning, and execution to deployment (containerized, cloud-native) and post-delivery support. Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and guide engineers; ensure best practices in coding, design, and delivery. Scale Solutions: Build AI products that are production-ready and capable of large-scale deployments in insurance and healthcare. Bridge Tech & Business: Simplify complex AI concepts into actionable business value for stakeholders. What We’re Looking For Experience: 7–9 years in building and delivering scalable software/AI solutions, with at least 3+ years of team leadership. Tech Skills: Strong in Python, system design, and scalable architectures. Hands-on with AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face). Experience with data science workflows and deploying into containers (Docker, Kubernetes). Cloud expertise (AWS / Azure / GCP). Consulting Mindset: Proven customer-facing consulting experience. Ability to convert business problems into clear technical outcomes. Domain: Exposure to Insurance / Healthcare projects is a strong plus.
