Key Responsibilities, Deliverables / Outcomes
•Coordinate the financial planning activities primarily budgeting and forecasting for the company ensuring
that such planning and delivery will be based on robust assumptions & projections and delivery in line
with the approved timelines
•Bring sound commercial challenge to the business planning / budgeting process
•Prepare monthly financial reporting packs for all entities and adhoc analysis as required
•Complete monthly financial analysis identifying and understanding variances and risks to the budget and
discussions with the management
•Support and work on projects that will drive value in the business
•Assist in the creation and delivery of KPI reporting
•Ensuring effective and timely communication within the department and across the business regarding
financial and business related matters
•Responsible for adherence to financial & accounting policies and operating procedures framed by the
company
•To assist Finance Manager in timely closure of all audits e.g. Statutory, Internal and Tax audits
•Maintaining positive interpersonal relationships with team members and other departments / staff by
demonstrating productivity, initiative, flexibility, cooperation, and commitment to the success of Finance
team
