We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager in our Creative & Design department. This full-time position is based in Gurugram and is ideal for someone with 8-10 years of relevant experience.


As a Senior Manager, you will lead a team responsible for graphic design, visual communication, packaging design, and branding. You will oversee daily graphic design projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the consistency and quality of all design deliverables.

Key Responsibilities


  • Responsible for the New Product Development (NPD) Infographics and Revamp of Website and Marketplace Listing Designs.
  • Creation of Performance Videos.
  • Advance Packaging & Artwork Designs.
  • Ideation and Execution of Campaigns.
  • Managing of Team KRAs and Scorecards.
  • Establishment and implementation of a streamlined design process to enhance creative and design flow.
  • Continuous innovation in crafting latest trending video and ad formats


Desired Profile

  • Graphic Design, Graphics, and Visual Communication skills plus 3D and animation
  • Experience in packaging design and branding
  • Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, 3DS and Auto Desk.
  • Strong artistic and creative ability
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience in the beauty or fashion industry is a plus


Education


  • Graduation with relevant experience
  • Professional courses in graphic designing is a plus


Working Conditions


  • Environment: Office setting
  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday
