Our new clinic in Goa is set to be a state-of-the-art facility, and we are looking for dedicated and professional registered nurses to join our team.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Center Manager at Pune Aesthetic located in Porvorim . The Center Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations, supervising staff, coordinating appointments, and ensuring a high level of customer service. The Center Manager will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and hygienic environment, managing inventory, and overseeing financial transactions.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare or beauty industry
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service
Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred)
