Job Title: Senior Service Now Developer Location: Hyderabad, India Experience: 5+ Years (with strong ITSM expertise) Employment Type: Full-time Note: CSM Migration Experience is Mandatory About the Role We are looking for a Senior Service Now Developer to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience in Service Now development, with a strong focus on IT Service Management (ITSM) modules. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing Service Now solutions that streamline IT operations and improve business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement Service Now solutions, with a primary focus on ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Knowledge, etc.) Customize Service Now applications and modules, workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Maintain and enhance existing Service Now implementations, ensuring performance, usability, and scalability. Integrate Service Now with third-party tools and systems. Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices within the Service Now team. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 5+ years of Service Now development experience , with strong expertise in ITSM. Proficiency in Service Now scripting (Java Script, Glide API, UI Actions, Business Rules). Experience with Service Now administration, integrations (REST/SOAP APIs), and customization. Strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks. Service Now certifications (CSA, CIS-ITSM, CAD) preferred.
