From marketing optimization and content creation to full-scale HubSpot integration, we offer a comprehensive approach to transform your digital experience and optimize performance.Job Description:Lead and scale multi-channel outbound programs (Email, LinkedIn, and occasionally Calling) for clients, ensuring high-quality pipeline generation, strong strategic direction, and an exceptional client experience.Job Responsibilities:Build and lead strategic outbound growth plans for clients across Email, LinkedIn, and calling (when required)Act as the primary client-facing strategist for all outbound programsOwn end-to-end campaign performance—including messaging, execution, optimization, and reportingAnalyze performance data and make data-driven decisions to improve resultsManage and resolve client escalations with clarity, maturity, and solution-focused communicationMentor and guide junior SDRs / Email Specialists to enhance quality, productivity, and campaign outputPreferred Requirements:Strategic thinking beyond basic task executionStrong messaging and positioning across industries and ICPsPerformance optimization through data and analyticsAbility to advise clients, handle objections, and manage expectationsClear, concise communication and leadership maturityMust-Have Skills & Experience:4+ years of B2B outbound experience (US/UK market preferred)Proven success running and leading outbound Email + LinkedIn demand generation programsStrong messaging capability (personalization, angles, ICP-relevant value propositions)Experience managing client calls, presenting strategy, and handling escalationsHands-on experience with outbound tools such as:Apollo, HubSpot, Instantly/Smartlead, Sales Navigator, Mailchimp, and other emailing toolsEmail deliverability & warmup platformsAbility to coach SDRs and improve campaign executionRole Nature:Client-facingStrategic leadership with hands-on execution guidanceExpected to set direction, provide insights, and take ownership—rather than wait for instructions
