Managea team of relationship managers responsible for selling CASA&TPP
products.
To make sure that the sales team achieves their monthly targetacrossall
parameters.
Manage promotional activities in the field and ensure effectiveconversion of
leads intoprospective business.
Reviewingthe work of all sales team at regularbreak.
Maintain knowledge onrecent update on policy and process forseamless
management customerqueries.
Administer and ensurecompliance to all sales practices inbranch
Requirements Candidatecurrently working asBSM.
Shouldhave at least 2 years of experience in handling theteam.
Predominantlyfrom branch bankingbackground.

THIS ISTECHNOFUNCTIONAL POSITION. It is individual contributor role.Person will be responsible for managing SDLC of Project andcustomization of various Banking systems. Must have 5-8 years ofBanking domain experience (Fintech if relevant). A self-starter toserve requirement of different business team/user group and liaisewith vendor. Key Responsibilities Proven experience as a BIDeveloper or Data Scientist Industry experience is preferredBackground in data warehouse design (e.g. dimensional modelling)and data mining In-depth understanding of database managementsystems, online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL (Extract,transform, load) framework Familiarity with BI technologies (e.g.Microsoft Power BI, Oracle BI) Knowledge of SQL queries, SQL ServerReporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services(SSIS) Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovativeAnalytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude
