About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Technical Lead to spearhead the development of a groundbreaking online platform that will revolutionize CXO & management Lead and guide a team of software developers in the creation of a robust and scalable platform encompassing web, iOS, and Android applications.

- Ensure the platform functions seamlessly, mirroring the efficiency of appointment and consultation apps like Practo.

- Champion the integration of AI and Machine Learning (AI/ML) to enhance the quality and effectiveness of consultations.

- Develop and implement a clear technical roadmap, outlining the platform's architecture, infrastructure, and development lifecycle.

- Foster a collaborative development environment, fostering open communication and knowledge sharing within the team.

- Oversee code quality, maintain best practices, and ensure adherence to coding standards.

- Collaborate with the product team to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.

- Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure a user-friendly and intuitive platform experience.

- Manage technical risks and proactively identify and address potential roadblocks.

- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in web, mobile, AI/ML, and relevant security protocols.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to developers.

- Prepare technical documentation for future reference and maintenance.

Skills and Experience:

- Minimum 5+ years of experience leading and managing software development teams.

- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex web and mobile applications.

- In-depth knowledge of web development technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java) and familiarity with web frameworks.

- Strong understanding of mobile development frameworks (e.g., Swift, Kotlin) for iOS and Android.

- Experience with integrating AI/ML functionalities into applications is a plus.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (product, design, etc.)

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.

- Agile development methodology experience preferred (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).

- Passion for innovation and a commitment to building high-quality, user-centric platforms.

Bonus Points:

- Experience working with real-time communication technologies (e.g., WebRTC, Socket.io)

- Understanding of security best practices for online platforms

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
