Commercial Real Estate is responsible for leading and managing a sales team to generate revenue, attract clients, and achieve sales targets in the commercial real estate market. This role involves overseeing the sales process, developing and implementing sales strategies, and fostering clientrelationships to drive business growth. Responsibilities: Lead,mentor, and manage a team of commercial real estate sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the team's success. Develop and execute salesstrategies to meet or exceed revenue targets and drive business growth in the commercial real estate market. Identify new business opportunities, prospects, and leadsthrough marketresearch, networking, and industry relationships. Build andmaintain relationships with key clients, property owners, investors, and other stakeholders to expand the company's client base and drive sales. Oversee the sales process from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals, ensuring efficient and effective sales operations. Collaborate withmarketing and advertising teamsto develop and implementmarketing strategies and campaigns to promote commercial real estate offerings and generate leads. Analyzemarket trends, competitor activities, and customer needsto identify opportunitiesfor business development and refine sales strategies. Provide salesforecasts, performance reports, and market analysisto the senior management team. Conductregular performance evaluations,setsales targets, and provide feedback and coaching to sales team members to enhance their performance and professional growth. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changesrelated to commercial real estate to stay competitive and guide the sales team effectively. Representthe company atindustry events, trade shows, conferences, and client meetingsto enhance the company's visibility and build relationships with potential clients. Collaborate with other departments, such as finance, legal, and operations,to ensure smooth and efficientsales processes and transactions. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethicalstandards in allsales activities. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred) Proven experience as a sales manager in the commercialreal estate industry In-depth knowledge of commercial real estate market trends, property types, and investment strategies Strong leadership and team managementskills Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies and drive business growth Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market data andmake data-driven decisions Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools Understanding of legal and financial aspects related to commercial real estate transactions
