Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python , SQL , and data analytics , with proven expertise in requirement gathering , creating BRD/FRD , and working closely with stakeholders. Familiarity with tools like JIRA and experience in stakeholder management are essential for this role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) .
  • Perform data analysis using SQL and Python to derive insights and support decision-making.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Manage and prioritize requirements using tools like JIRA .
  • Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on project goals.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present data-driven insights.
  • Support project management activities, including timelines, deliverables, and risk assessments.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in data-driven projects.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis.
  • Strong understanding of requirement gathering processes and documentation.
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA for task and project management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of data modeling and database management.
  • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.
