Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled
Application Developer
with strong expertise in
Spring Boot
to design, build, and configure scalable applications that support critical business processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing innovative solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring delivery of high-quality applications aligned with organizational standards and objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Independently design, develop, and configure applications to meet business and technical requirements.
  • Act as a
    Subject Matter Expert (SME)
    in Spring Boot and related technologies.
  • Actively participate in team discussions, providing insights and contributing to solution design.
  • Analyze and resolve work-related challenges by proposing effective and innovative solutions.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining detailed application specifications, design documents, and technical documentation.
  • Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure compliance with best practices, performance optimization, and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine project goals and contribute to overall team success.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in
    Spring Boot
    with at least
    4+ years of hands-on experience
    .
  • Expertise in building and consuming
    RESTful Web Services
    and working with
    microservices architecture
    .
  • Proficiency with relational databases such as
    MySQL
    or
    PostgreSQL
    .
  • Experience with
    front-end technologies
    (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for integration purposes.
  • Strong knowledge of
    version control systems
    , particularly
    Git
    .

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
