Develop and implement comprehensive quality control procedures

for the manufacturing of sofas, including material selection,

production processes, and final product inspection

  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including engineering,

production, and customer service, to ensure quality requirements

are met throughout the product lifecycle and for continuous

improvements

  • Train and supervise quality control inspectors to ensure consistent

adherence to quality standards and procedures

  • Collaborate with design, production, and procurement teams to

establish quality requirements and specifications for new sofa

designs and materials

  • Conduct regular audits and inspections of production facilities to

identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality

standards

  • Monitor and analyze quality metrics and performance indicators to

identify trends and opportunities for process optimization

  • Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, including

inspection reports, test results, and corrective action plans

  • Stay informed about industry trends, developments, and best

practices in furniture manufacturing and quality assurance

  • IMS Effective Implementation and control within the quality and

cross-interlinking functions with the help of tools such as

ISO9001/ISO14001/OHSAS18001 and ISO50001

  • Training of workforce to enhance awareness, understanding and

skills with the help of HR-Skill Assessment Matrix, Goal setting, KRA

with KPI measurements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500, ₹550,000.00 per year
